He can typically be found entertaining his foodie followers on social media or hosting pop-ups & private dinner parties in ATL and STL (his hometown). “I believe sharing a meal is an intimate interaction that we often take for granted. My goal is to get people back to the table, build an appreciation for atypical ingredients, and equip my supporters with practical knowledge that can elevate an everyday meal!
Since graduating from L'Ecole Culinaire in 2011, Chef Nico has enjoyed his culinary journey. Some highlights include training under a James Beard Award-winning chef at Sidney Street Cafe, working up to a leadership role with the acclaimed Kaldi’s Coffee Co and competing on the Food Network show Chopped. He has also been featured in multiple culinary publications including Feast Magazine’s “Rising Star” and Sauce Magazine’s “Ones to Watch”.When he’s not working you can find him gaming or loving on his wife Ebony, his son, Camden and his daughter, Kendall.
